ModernManila.com is a free online market place, where individuals and businesses can post a Free Classified Ad to sell Personal items, Automobiles, Real Estate or search for jobs locally and abroad.
All we ask anyone who wish to post their Free Ad is to follow a few simple rules listed below.
Rules:
1) Duplicate ads are not allowed in all categories, it will be deleted once found and will result in the suspension of the author’s account.
2) Pirated materials Ads are not allowed, example – Computer Software, DVD or CD’s
3) Brand forgeries Ads are not allowed, example – Rayban sunglasses, Gucci handbags, etc…
4) All Ads must be placed in the correct category and all images in the ad must be relevant to your ad. We reserve the rights to remove non-relevant to the ad images or move ads into correct category.
5) No sexually oriented Ads are allowed in this website.
6) Place Ads in English or Tagalog language only, no other languages or dialects are allowed on any ads.
7) Selling stolen items is not allowed here.
